Calatrava wows concerned residents with skyscraper watercolors

Innovative architect Santiago Calatrava charmed what could have been a hostile audience of residents in Chicago by portraying his proposed 2,000-foot Chicago Spire in artistic watercolors and spectacular computer animation, complete with music from the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Some say the residents shouldn't let themselves be seduced, however, because the design isn't even entirely finished.
