Northwest indefinitely suspends Hartford-Amsterdam flight

Northwest Airlines' nonstop flight between Hartford, Conn., and Amsterdam was set to resume in early June, but the carrier has indefinitely suspended the route instead. Delta Air Lines, which acquired Northwest, cited "the challenging economic climate and poor advance reservations" in its decision to cancel the flight.
