Obama urges Democrats to pass $3.6 trillion budget

President Barack Obama called on House Democrats to pass his $3.6 trillion budget proposal in order to "create a sense of momentum" for overhauling the health care and educational systems. Speaking at a caucus of about 150 Democratic lawmakers, Obama answered some questions from the group and pressed Congress to approve this year's bills that tackle critical issues including energy.
