Officials in Fargo, N.D., monitor city's water infrastructure

Engineers and officials in Fargo, N.D., continue to monitor the city's water infrastructure to prevent floodwater from backing up the sewer system. Both of Fargo's water treatment plants are located close to the swollen Red River. "If we lose water and sewer, the city is uninhabitable," said Fargo City Administrator Pat Zavoral.
