Court hears Google case on trademark infringement

Rosetta Stone, the language software maker, has filed a complaint in U.S. District Court arguing that Google infringed on its trademarks by selling keywords to advertisers marketing counterfeit or competing software. Google is arguing that it is not responsible for the ads it serves.
