Fraudsters use phone calls to con grandparents

Scammers are targeting grandparents by posing as their grandchildren and calling them to ask for large sums of bail money. After pulling at the grandparents' heartstrings, the fraudsters will ask them to wire money. "They pick up the money, and then they're gone, and it's practically impossible to track them down," said BBB's Alison Southwick.
