United CEO sees strength in Asia

United Airlines is "very encouraged" by rising demand for trans-Pacific flights, the carrier's largest market outside the U.S. "The Pacific is showing its traditional strength," CEO Glenn Tilton said Monday in Beijing. "It's moving at a higher level compared to our other international markets."
