Wyo. program whips up great food with commodity donations

Nutritionists at the University of Wyoming have created "Commodity Chef Wyoming," a program modeled after TV's "Iron Chef" show to demonstrate how families can make great dishes from limited ingredient choices. Winning recipes included Sweeter than Sunshine Applesauce for the most creative dish and Peanut Butter Balls for the dish most likely to be made at home.
