Trans-Atlantic shuttle streamlines U.S.-to-Europe travel

By coordinating flight operations and schedules to allow hourly flights from U.S. to Europe and back, American Airlines, British Airways and Iberia have set up the first trans-Atlantic shuttle service. "This is much more convenient for customers so they can pick and choose the time that best suits them both for departure and arrival," said American Airlines spokesman Tim Smith.
