Chicago wants to proceed with O'Hare expansion

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel wants to move forward with expansion plans for O'Hare International Airport, although some airlines have reduced capacity. Since the airport expansion started, flights have dropped 11% at O'Hare. However, airline executives say they are willing to work with the city.
