Indiana considers linking teacher evaluations to ISTEP scores

Currently, state law prevents the use of standardized test scores to evaluate teacher performance, and lawmakers, education officials and others say the law should be changed. The teachers union opposes using the ISTEP test as the sole measure of a teacher's performance.
