Contractors won't collect in Lincoln museum settlement

In a settlement with the state of Illinois, contractors will not receive millions of dollars they say they were owed in the construction of the $145.2 million Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. Under the agreement, all parties will accept some responsibility for the overruns and delays in building the project.
