Learning from Katrina, FEMA moves quickly in Missouri

Following a tour of flood-ravaged Missouri, FEMA administrator David Paulison said his agency has learned from its mistakes in handling Hurricane Katrina. Paulison said FEMA agents were on the ground much earlier in Missouri, helping coordinating disaster response with state agencies before those agencies could become overwhelmed by the extent of the flooding. "This can be used as a model across the country," Paulison said.
