Small businesses find ways to ease knowledge gap

Small businesses appear to be better than large corporations at planning ways to adapt to the aging American work force, according to a survey of small businesses by the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations. The survey found that 28% of the respondents had created plans for transferring knowledge and skills of their older workers to younger employees.
