Khuzami aims to rebuild investor confidence in SEC

Robert Khuzami, formerly a federal prosecutor, is the new enforcement chief at the Securities and Exchange Commission. Khuzami will strive to rebuild confidence in the SEC, which has taken a hit lately. He has a background in prosecuting people accused of terrorism as well as securities fraud and most recently worked at Deutsche Bank as general counsel. "I thought Khuzami had precisely the correct sort of background for a job like this in the climate we're in," said William McLucas, a former SEC enforcement director. "He is a pretty tough guy."
