Aventine is set to resume construction work at Nebraska plant

Construction crews began arriving this week at Aventine Renewable Energy's unfinished ethanol plant in Aurora, Neb. Aventine emerged from bankruptcy in February and announced plans to complete ethanol facilities in Aurora and Mount Vernon, Ill., which are each about 85% complete. The company expects to finish construction on the 113 million-gallon Aurora plant by Sept. 1.
