Wis. high-school students' ethanol-powered car wins top prize in Texas

An ethanol-powered vehicle made by students from Wisconsin's Durand High School won a national competition for building fuel-efficient vehicles. The car, which runs 345 mpg on ethanol, won the Shell Eco-Marathon contest held in Texas.
