Continental reservations agents get new labor agreement

Continental Airlines has reached a labor agreement with more than 7,000 reservations agents and other passenger service workers. "By working together with our employees, we expedited pay and benefit improvements for our non-represented agents," said a human resources executive at parent company United Continental Holdings. Details of the agreement were not made public, though the company said it would cover pay, benefits and work rules.
