Judge rules in Medtronic-Boston Scientific patent dispute

A U.S. district judge ruled that Medtronic's implantable defibrillators didn't violate two patents that were licensed to Boston Scientific by Mirowski Family Ventures. The judge also endorsed the validity of the patents, which cover a method of electrical stimulation of heart ventricles.
