Plan to limit ethanol in market to E10 advances in Maine House

The Maine House Committee on Environment and Natural Resources voted 10-1 to pass a bill that would prohibit the sale of gasoline containing more than 10% ethanol. Another bill, which stipulated that retailers not be required to offer E10, was defeated.
