Health care deadline arrives, but questions remain over ACA's effect

The first-year enrollment deadline for coverage under the Affordable Care Act has arrived, and officials say that more than 6 million people have signed up. Experts say the ACA drove the proportion of people without insurance down to 15.9%, the lowest point in five years; still, senior Republican Sen. John Barrasso told reporters that he doubted the accuracy of the official figures. "I think they're cooking the books on this," he said.
