Ohio State's $30M expansion of small-animal hospital could begin this year

The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine could break ground this year on its planned small-animal hospital expansion. Initial stages of the $30 million project will include expanding the client waiting area and creating new office space so old office space can be converted to clinical areas. The school's small-animal caseload is growing and will soon exceed existing space, said veterinarian Lonnie King, dean of the veterinary college.
