Twitter grows marketing efforts with Kantar, European acquisitions

New real-time tools to measure ad effectiveness and gauge audiences will be in the works in an expanded five-year partnership between Twitter and data agency Kantar. In addition, Twitter is making a bigger play for broadcast advertising in Europe with the acquisition of analytics companies Mesagraph in France and SecondSync in the U.K.
