Man loses DP benefits after moving to state with marriage ban

When Robert Ryan moved with his partner, Ralph Martinelli, from New Jersey to Idaho, he lost his domestic-partner medical benefits through Martinelli's employer, Konica Minolta, allegedly because of his new home state's marriage ban. Ryan is working with the American Civil Liberties Union to try to get the benefits reinstated.
