South Carolina airport to open new $1.1M terminal

Pickens County Airport, in Greenville, S.C., is due to open a new $1.1 million, 4,000-square-foot terminal in May. The new facility will include a conference room, pilot lounge, wireless Internet and other features, and officials say additional improvements in coming years could include a runway extension and improvements to the airport entrance.
