Fed discloses which banks tapped its discount window

The Federal Reserve, for the first time, gave details about financial institutions that borrowed from the central bank's discount window. The disclosure, forced by a lawsuit, covers lending from August 2007 to March 2010. While the disclosure shows that foreign banks and regional banks borrowed heavily from the Fed's emergency-lending program, some major domestic banks used the facility relatively little.
