Mo. schools, hospitals discuss benefits of farm to market

Farmers met with officials from school and hospital food-service programs in Springfield, Mo., to talk about how farm-to-market programs can increase access to healthy foods and reduce institutional costs. Farmer Brad Gray said he expects the demand for locally grown food will continue to increase.
