Senate expected to pass 1099 repeal measure

The Senate is scheduled to vote Tuesday on a bill that will repeal the Form 1099 reporting requirements in the health-care act. It is widely expected to pass. If it does, without being amended, the measure will go to President Barack Obama for his signature.
