Harrison: Bank breakups are unlikely, despite growing sentiment

William Harrison Jr., former chairman and CEO at JPMorgan Chase, says he has been surprised by the traction of a push to break up the biggest banks. "It would certainly be negative, but I just don't know what would be a tipping point, because right now I don't think it will happen," he said.
