HHS seeks ways to reach the uninsured

An HHS marketing analysis found that most of the nation's uninsured fall into one of three categories: 48% are healthy and young; 29% are sick, active and worried; and 15% are passive and unengaged. HHS staff are trying to figure out how to reach the uninsured and convince them to enroll in a health insurance plan under the Affordable Care Act.
