Apple opens its iAd-creation tool to all users

Apple has opened its iAd Workbench ad-creation and management tool to anyone with an Apple ID, dropping the previous requirement of a developer account. The company is also expanding iAds by adding CPM pricing options and the ability to play 30- to 60-second videos, link to iTunes and push users to websites.
