Indian accounting body revises IFRS implementation schedule

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has revised its schedule for certain Indian companies to implement International Financial Reporting Standards, moving the deadline to April 1, 2016. The accounting body said the new schedule would give companies time to comply with the converged standards.
