Cell phone customers are satisfied

In the U.S., 89% of wireless customers said they were satisfied with their service, according to a study from MyWireless, an offshoot of CTIA-The Wireless Association®. The majority of respondents viewed wireless taxes as too high and believed states and localities should institute a three-year freeze on new taxes relating to wireless services. There is no need for the government to regulate wireless, three-fourths of respondents said.
