Appeals court issues ruling on patent disputes between 2 stent makers

The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled that Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson violated each other's patents for their drug-coated stents. The court found that Boston Scientific infringed on J&J's patents with its Express, Taxus and Taxus Liberte stents, and that J&J's Bx Velocity and Cypher stents infringed on Boston Scientific's patent.
