Costs for Ares rocket soar to $44 billion

The price tag on NASA's Ares I rocket -- set to launch in 2015 and return astronauts to the moon by 2020 -- has soared from $28 billion to $44 billion and is expected to increase. Even still, NASA has canceled system tests for the capsule, Orion, and the Ares I to save money.
