Delay likely for confirmation of Sebelius as HHS chief

The Senate likely will wait until at least midmonth to vote on Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius' nomination as HHS secretary after Republican lawmakers asked for more time to evaluate her qualifications and positions on certain issues. An ethics committee also asked Sebelius to divest holdings in various stocks to avoid possible conflicts of interest, a spokeswoman for the Obama administration said.
