Developers strategize to raise green for green buildings

During the economic downturn, developers must convince bankers that investing in green buildings can pay off in the long run. "We need to start collectively making the case to show that green buildings are better investments for your money than nongreen buildings," said developer Jeana Wooley of Marco Development LLC. Eco-banking manager Dan Weldon said he would like to see quantifiable data from LEED-certified buildings.
