Martin Agency wins U.S. Tennis Association business

The U.S. Tennis Association has tapped Interpublic Group's The Martin Agency to advertise the U.S. Open and the U.S. Open Series. Havas' Arnold previously handled USTA advertising, which totaled about $8 million in 2008.
