Members of the Senate Agriculture Committee are working on regulations for the over-the-counter derivatives market. Sens. Blanche Lincoln, D-Ark., who is chairwoman of the committee, and Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga., said they plan to focus on bipartisan legislation after the April recess.
