Peak Employee wellness program being evaluated

The Center for Business Excellence in Daytona Beach, Fla., is studying how well the Grassroots Reform Organization's Peak Employee Program works at marketing company DME, to determine if it will pay for the wellness plan as part of an initiative that funds employee training projects. Center president Rick Fraser said the theory is that healthier, more well-rounded employees are more productive but since the Peak program is "a bit experimental," the center wanted to look at results and get reactions from an employer.
