How to keep startup stress from getting out of control

Running a startup can be immensely stressful, and the constant pressure to perform can take a toll on your physical and mental health, writes Rustin Banks, co-founder and CEO of TapInfluence. He and other entrepreneurs recommend sleeping without your phone nearby and taking a couple days each month to get away from the grind. "What helps me the most is to take time each day to reaffirm that I am more than my startup," Banks writes.
