New Orleans chefs add goat meat to menus

New Orleans eateries are mixing up their offerings by adding goat meat to their menus in the form of tacos, curries, salads, meat pies and kebabs. "It’s a delicious meat," said New Orleans-based food writer Colleen Rush. "It's lean, but it’s flavorful. It’s got a lot more interesting flavor than even pork."
