What office decorations say about employees

You can learn a lot about employee potential by looking at how they decorate their offices or cubicles, says Mark Turner, CEO of Delaware-based retail bank WSFS. A worker who puts up pictures of their friends and family will likely be a strong team-player and relationship-builder, he argues, but someone displaying trophies of personal achievements is less likely to fully commit to the company's goals.
