Windows PCs face more competition from Chromebooks, report says

The popularity of low-cost Chromebooks is adding competitive pressure to a PC market already struggling to stay afloat, a report from ABI Research says. The company estimates that 2.1 million Chromebooks shipped last year, and it projects an annual growth rate of 28% through 2019, with 11.3 million shipped that year.
