Delta, Mesa dispute termination of contract

Delta Air Lines on May 3 will end an agreement with a Mesa Air Group unit. Delta said the Mesa unit did not meet an agreed-upon completion rate, but Mesa contends that Delta bumped some of its flights in order to operate mainline flights. Mesa officials said the termination notice violates the contract.
