Intel to talk to users through ad-triggered live chats

Intel is seeking feedback on its new Nehalem Xeon processor and other products via live online chats, triggered by banner ads. The "conversational marketing" tactic is being deployed across a range of tech sites, including CIO Today, ZDNet and Information Week in the U.S., as well as on sites aimed at users in countries including the U.K., Singapore and Australia.
