Just 23% of pregnant women get enough exercise, study says

Only about 23% of pregnant women in the U.S. get the recommended minimum of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week, researchers said. Data showed women in their first trimester reported more moderate to vigorous activity than those in later stages of pregnancy.
