Single-origin chocolate finds many fans

Chocolate made with cocoa beans from a single region is becoming popular with fans who say the tastes vary depending on where the beans are grown. "People are getting more discriminating when it comes to chocolate," said Lucy Valena, owner of Voltage Coffee & Art in Boston, but National Confectioners Association spokeswoman Susan Smith said single-source is not necessarily better. "It all depends on what you like and what you don't like," Smith said.
