Dog Scouts of America help humans and hounds

The Dog Scouts of America, started 13 years ago by Lonnie Olson, have 682 Dog Scouts in 38 troops across the country. The dogs and their owners can work toward about 80 badges including basic obedience, disaster preparedness, sign language and even water rescue.
