Special educator honored for work with students who have autism

Lee County, Fla., special educator Laura Reed is being recognized for her work with students who have autism. Reed, who teaches students in a pre-K classroom at Dr. Carrie D. Robinson Littleton Elementary School, incorporates music and technology into her classroom instruction and also works with families after school to help them understand the autism diagnosis.
